Abstract

Today, nanotechnology enjoys rapid and successful development. With the development of nanotechnology, many novel nanomaterials with unique properties such as magnetic, electronics, and photonics are increasingly being exploited. Gold nanoparticle,CNT and same nanooxide are used in the detection of DNA, protein, GOx and so on.Many experiments verify that nanomaterial can promote better surface attachment and distribution of biomolecules , improve the property of biosensor and give them higher selectivity and sensitivity, less response time and lower detective limit.In this review we summarized the nanomaterials used in biosensor and their application. We can feel the otential advantages of nanotechnology used in biosensor and how further developments will change biomedical diagnostics and treatments drastically.
